Located 20 km to the southeast of Reims, in Verzy is the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park where you can discover the botanical curiosity called “the Faux de Verzy”. It is a collection of gnarled dwarf beech trees whose origins still remain unknown. With more than 1,000 trees, the state-owned forest of Verzy stands as the world’s main reservation of dwarf beech trees.
